How do your online courses work?

Our courses are completed entirely online through your online learning platform. Once enrolled, learners will study at their own pace, complete the course exam, and download their certificate instantly upon successful completion.

How long do the courses take to complete?

Course durations vary depending on the subject and level. Estimated completion times are displayed on each course product page.

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes. You can start and stop your training at any time, and your progress will be saved automatically. You have 24/7 access to your online training account.

How long do I have to complete my course?

Course access begins only when a learner starts their training.
Individual learners receive 12 months of access from the date they first launch the course, giving them plenty of time to complete the training at their own pace.
For organisations and businesses purchasing multiple licences, the access period does not begin until a course is assigned to a member of staff. This means unused licences remain available indefinitely until they are allocated to learners.

What device do I need to take a course?

Our courses can be completed on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Are your courses accredited?

Yes. Our courses are accredited by CPD quality standards.

Will my local authority (EHO) accept this certificate?

Yes. All of our courses meet UK Legal requirements, local authority, and Environmental Health Officers’ (EHO) standards.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate is available to download immediately after successfully completing the course and passing the exam.

What happens if I fail the course exam?

All courses include unlimited free retakes, allowing you to retake the exam as many times as needed at no additional cost.

Can I translate the course into another language?

Yes. Our website and course content can be translated into over 100 languages using our built-in translation tool.

Is audio available?

Yes. Our courses offer an optional audio player so learners can listen to the course content. Audio will play in your set language.

Can I purchase courses for my staff/team?

Yes. Organisations and businesses can purchase multiple licences and manage learners through our Team Training dashboard.

Can I monitor learner progress and download reports?

Yes. Team administrators can track progress, view completion status, download certificates, export reports, and use many other team training features. You will have full insight and control of your team training.

Can unused licences be reassigned?

Yes. Licences can be reassigned provided the learner has not completed the course and no certificate has been issued.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer, where applicable.
